I have a house located in Piedmont, WV. 26750 that my wife and I am looking to sale a cash price would be $6,000 plus you pay all cost associated with the transfer of the property (i.e. deed). The property is owned free and clear with no liens/loans/restrictions etc. We would prefer a cash sale but understand the economy is hard and would be willing to Owner finance the house, but the price would be $12,000.
With the Owner Finance option we would be looking for a down payment around $2000 remember you are buying your home not renting, so this is a form of investment. Most places charge a deposit first/last/security all equal to the rent charged (i.e. 400+400+400=1,200). This is no different with the exception that you will own your home not rent. Also note this is not a Mobil/modular/trailer this is a brick and mortar home and comes with a deed not a title.
